For those that may consider contacting your MP over child maintenance issues, it may be helpful to know of, and make your MP aware of, the following written evidence provided by an expert in Child Maintenance to DWP Child Maintenance Committee.

The evidence is part of a growing body of data/information detailing how the new 2012 CMS scheme can be inappropriate/excessively punitive for non-resident parents on low incomes.
