Evidence in support of equal shared care

I have indicated that care is shared equally, which I believe it is. My ex says it is 3 nights per week which is not correct. What evidence do I need to support my case? They have not given me any request for information and essentially at the moment it seems they simply intend to believe her word over mine.  Thank you in advance for any advice.

Hi,

CMS usually ask questions like who is taking kids to doctors appointments,  who is buying school uniform/school lunches etc. Without a court order it can be very difficult. Suggest you contact CMS and ask them to look into your arrangements.
