Anyone else here have problems with employers not sending schedule to child maintenance? I have to phone every other day to chase them, there doesn’t seem to be any way of talking to the employers team and had to wait over 2 months lately to get money which was sat in child maintenance waiting for schedule!
I'm not sure I understand - do you mean than your employers are taking money out of your pay, but not passing it on to CMS? If so, I would ask CMS if they want proof of you paying (copy of your payslips) and they can take action directly against your employer.
