hello all, this is my first post.
does anyone know how i could find out my childrens education status? children are 19 and 18. currently paying via CSA which is moving to the new scheme.. hoping to set up a private agreement but seeing that she will lie about almost anything i doubt she will tell me the truth on their education status leaving me unsure on when my liability will stop.
I have no contact with her or the children and don't know where they live (hoping CSA will help with Private agreement)
Any help would be massively appreciated!!
cheers all
S
I would ask the CSA to check if she's still claiming child benefit - if she isn't, then the maintenance will stop also.

Have a look at that link, you might be able to contact the LEA and find out if they are in none advanced full time education. If either of them has gone to Uni, this is advanced education and you would not be liable if that's the case.
