Can anyone tell me do you have to pay Child Maintenance if you are on sabbatical leave.

Hi,
If the sabbatical leave is unpaid and expected to last 12 weeks or more, then you should not be paying maintenance. Suggest you ring CMS and report change ASAP. Also good to send letter from employer as proof.
