Hello all
Been to tribuneral and half won so sent it to the upper T to see what happens.
At the moment the csa are taking my money from my wages plus money i realy dont owe.
But wondered if at the end of this they say i still owe money from the past if i pay it and the ex excepts it dose that then mean i should be allowed to pay by direct debit. moving forward.
I am thinking about this possible solution and continue action against the csa because i no i dont owe the money and the way they treat people means my mp will continue to find me outside his office and sending him letters.
The more we girls and boys basically annoy our mps within there areas of responceability the more likely there will be change.
I think the tribuneral service is pretty pointless realy because even with my claim for child maintainece was back dated so i should of got more money the csa wont pay it back saying i did not have a case raised for child maintainece at that time but how could i when they would not let me.
That was in the first place why i started the action an ended up at the tribuneral because they would not let me raise a case for child maintainence.
I will stop now i am starting to lose the head.
As normal sorry about the spelling.
Yup, I would agree. Definitely keep on at your MP
