Good morning.. I spend hours on the telephone to them they still haven’t added the 3 children I have at home it’s added my children on the online portal in September and I phone almost weekly now to get my other children added as the payments to my oldest daughter are crippling me financially she almost 19yr old I literally paying so much for 1 child. I just want to pay the right amount..

Have you tried adding the other children from your cms online account? theres option to submit those changes.
