Recently started work again after long break csa have decided to take money from my wages for a child who is nearly 16 years old and have no proof the child is mine ! IN FACT I was zero rated in 2001 the child mother always maintained i was not the father until Dec 2013 my name is not on birth certificate I have not seen the child since 1999 I HAVE DISPUTED FATHERHOOD WITH CSA i have 2 children that are mine who i supported DNA test has been rejected by csa also they have put an order on my wages for £200 a month which i can not afford they refuse to budge on anything have harassed me at work and my employer also!!
Any advice Appreciated
They shouldn't have disputed a DNA test, you should of really disputed this when the case was first opened in 2001 even though you were nil assessed, you had a CSA case open which shouldn't of been of your not the father
They have issued a DEO then on your wages as I assume you've refused to pay
Your employer is actually breaking rules by allowing them to deduct from your wages if they don't have your consent
I would lodge a complaint with the complaints resolution team at the CSA explaining what's happened and you require a DNA test done
