[Solved] csa refunds

Hi all I'm new here, I'm not going to go into a huge post, we have all had experience with the csa.
My personal experience started in 2007 when my ex partner committed paternity fraud by naming me as the biological father of her twin daughters, in 2009 I got my Mp involved and she confessed that I was not the father. The csa have refused to refund me the money they took and have told me to seek out a Dna test? The csa say that she could change her mind? Despite me telling the csa and my Mp that my ex was pregnant when I met her and have met the father I still have to prove via a dna test, everyone I've told this too has agreed that this situation is outrageous! My Mp has taken the party line that I do indeed have to prove I am not the biological father. I have been through [censored] at the hands of the csa, at one point they were taking all my wage leaving me with Β£70 a week to live on and support a family! I have a journalist from the sun interested in my story and have an epetition on the gov website under csa refunds. I want to make a difference for all of us so I beg you all to sign the petition, I have five signatures so far. Thanks in advance.

Might be worth adding the link to the petition.

Yep.... worth pasting the link to the petition πŸ™‚

However, surely it may be worth just doing the test, as if you're proved not to be the father you do get the money back don't you?
Surely the peace of mind is worth it, and you can just park this and move on with your life?
