first of all hello im new on here
I have a very difficult situation on my hands , im paying nearly £400 a month in csa including my arrears but I cant afford it I only earn 1250 a month and I pay all the bills and I have two other children with my partner plus my ex wont even answer the phone let alone let me see my sons !
she has moved on and has had another baby but im still paying too much , I just cant carry on or cope as I don't earn enough to cover everything
ive tried complaining to the csa but they don't care and are no help whats so ever , can anyone help me please or shall I just jump off a bridge now?
Hi Masminus,
How many children do you have with you ex?
It does seem a lot. Have you looked at the calcalator online to see how much you should be paying?
Here is the web site http://www.cmoptions.org/en/calculator/
If you pay in to a pension you need to deduct that from the weekly account.
You need to keep calm and always be amicable. How come you do not see your children. Have you tried mediation? To sort contact out, payments etc? If you want to see your children I think you will be best doing this. You want to try and avoid court. It is expensive, stressful for your kids as well as you! I am in a similiar boat at the minute and going mediation about everything
