CSA payments mentioned on court order

Hello

Ive recently read that a court order can have a statement made upon it that states that no CSA payments are to be made by either party. As I’m in court soon for 50/50, I would like to find out the actually wording of this so I can ask for it to be included, hopefully to stop future arguments with the CSA.

can I ask if any of you have done this and if you have what it looked like on the court order?

thank you

hi,

if the order states that children live with both parents, and there is equal day-to-day care, that should be good enough.

@bill337 I’ve read a recent post on here, where person is having to go to tribunal  as CSA are saying he still has to pay, even though got 50/50 and paying for majority of childrens needs.

@warhammer Yes I heard a few other cases like this also. CMS can get it wrong and can be very difficult to deal with.
