Hi Everyone,
can anyone give any advice on how i move forward after getting taken to the cleaners for a second time.
As far as i was aware i finished my final payments to the csa 7 years ago and the arrears were written off at the request of my ex.
Received my payslip Friday to see that the csa have taken £858.62from this months money and have now reopened the file to claim the arrears. After all this time they are back to wreck my life all over again.
My ex says she has not asked for this although i do have my doubts. My boy is now 24 and even he is disgusted that they can do this with no prior warning or finding out what circumstances you have in your life now. The first i knew about this is when i got my payslip.
I have offered to pay the outstanding at a manageable amount but as you are all too well aware there is no dealing with these people and they want 800 a month. they are not interested in the financial obligations i have now
where can i get help? and how do i get them to take a fair amount each month. Can they keep coming forward like this time after time?
