[Solved] CSA Payments

I have a 16 year old son for who I have always paid CSA. He has been in residential care for the last 3 years as his mother could not cope with his behavioural problems, he only went to her home every other weekend. I still paid CSA. I read on the CSA site that if the other parent is not the main carer payments should not be made. Now he is 16 and still in residential care should I be paying and should I be informing the CSA he is not with his mother on a full time basis. Can anyone please advise.

I would definitely speak to the CSA - I don't see why you should be paying your ex for something that isn't happening.
