I am paying for 2 of my children who are both supposed to be attending college.

I have no contact with them as their mother who refuses to allow any contact what so ever and refuses point blank to speak to me and has done for several years. I am not sure whether they are actually at college and I have been told by a family member that my eldest is working who nearly 19.

How can I find out what the situation is and if I still need to be paying ?

Help.......

If they are still in education while working (more than 12 hours study per week) then you would still need to be paying. Otherwise, it's a matter of contacting the CSA to see if they can check if child benefit is being paid. If you have proof that your son is working full time and child benefit is still being paid, then it's a fraudulent claim.
