hello,
just need some advice really. my cow of an ex has decided that she wants maintainance from me. I had an accident and since then I have been on incapacity benefits. its only just enough to live and and get by. I would help out if I could but at present with everything else I cant afford to. I know my baby wont go without cause of benefits but surely do I really have to pay csa.

Hi

She'll get the flat rate, which is now £7 per week - here's the source

Thank you ever so much for the help.
with these new parenting agreements, you kinda feel held to ransom to just agree with what ever the mother wants. you tend to agree just to gain access. it was better before with the decision taken out of your hands now depending apon fast talking women and desperate fathers I dread to think what will happen...
thanks again
