I'm 61 and csa are chasing me for £900 which was from a claim over 12 years ago

First I would request them to give a full breakdown of this debt, so you know if it's genuine or not. Keep in contact with them, otherwise they will think your ignoring them, and they may resort to raiding your banks accounts.
