I have ben paying csa direct from my wages for several years. Never mising a payment as a result. I recently got a leter with my new schedule on it, which required a arrears payments totalling nearly £3000. They have only notified me of being 828 and 282 once. Thee have built up over the course of 4 years wih then NEVER notifying me of these.
who is the best to discus this with? MP or solicitor?

I have had a statement from them and it does not match up with any of the required payments or notifications of arrears.

Advice welcome.

Speak to your MP - it will cost you nothing and they can achieve much more than a solicitor. Give him/her a copy of your notes/calculations etc in brief so that they have all of the information, and ask your MP to make a complaint to the CSA.
