CSA Househouse income

Hi guys,

Apologies if this has been answered previously but just have a quick question around CSA.

My ex-partner has now remarried which of course has improved her financial situation as her husband earns a decent wage, does CSA consider the household income of the mother when calculating how much I am to pay? I'm still single, I mostly struggle to get by each month and I don't begrudge paying what I have to but with her new financial benefits and multiple holidays I have to wonder how much of my payment goes towards my child!

Any help or information would be much appreciated.

Hi,

unfortunately no, CMS do not take receiving parents income or household  into account.
