Csa fraud

Can someone claim benefits for a month to get csa payments lowered then go back to work while payments are still at the lowered rate ?

hi,

if they are entitled to benefits, they could claim, then CMS would make paying parent pay £7 a week maintenance. then when they start working again, CMS will assess them based on the new jobs salary.
