Hi All,
My CSA case was closed and transfer to CMA sometime ago . I always paid my ex via DD to the date the case was closed.
Now some months on the CMA are chasing me for arrears over £500 from my previous CSA. I phone to ask the CMA for a breaking down of these and they contact the CSA and all they have been told it I owe this amount. I would be happy to pay this if it its due, but would like some proof of the arrears before. What gives the CSA the right to send out a demand without anything to back it up!!!
I would suggest getting your local MP involved as they might have more luck getting an explanation from them.
definitely get this resolved otherwise the CMS will put you on collect and pay which will cost you extra
