Hi all
Newbie here, but sadly have already got the separation and divorce t shirt from a decade ago. My wife recently ejected me from the marital home and is now getting increasingly nasty over finances.
I cannot find anything to indicate whether the CSA calculation I have just made online based on current income is adjusted in any way for maintenance I have been paying for the last 13 years and continue to pay, for my older sons. I should say that I have no intention whatsoever of shirking my responsibilities for my son, but I just want to make sure I pay the correct amount.
Does anybody know offhand please - and if you have a source reference that would be even better.
Thank you so much in advance to anyone that is able to help
