CSA are demanding we pay over £3000 in arrears over the next 8 months this takes the total to £550 a month and we just cant possibly afford it . We had an agreement that the arrears would be paid after child maintenance had stopped this was agreed by both parents.

If it was agreed by both parents then they shouldn't be taking the arrears now, I think who ever the main applicant in the case should ring the CSA and mention again, they don't want the arrears collecting just yet
