[Solved] CSA Arrears

Help please

having issues with the CSA, not dealing with changes swifltly and now telling me I have arrears.

25.10 I got married and moved in with wife and her child, infored CSA on the 27.10, they only just updated their systems on 28.12, 8 weeks after.

Now they are trying to sort out removing DEO and amend to me paying by DD, but they are saying there are arrears of £500 and these must be cleared first.
On the 28.12 I request a full statement, showing how much I should have paid each month since the start of the claim and details as to where they think the arrears is from.
I am yet to receive this, !!!! What can I do, I have complained 3 times now once on the 28.12, once on the 04.01 and agaon on the 07.01 to the chief executive and ICE said I had to go to cheif executive before I could take to them.

Basically I am stuck trying to work out where they think this debt is from and exactly how much I should have paid to date taking into account my new circumstances that came into effect on the 25.10.

I am currently paying at a higher rate than I should be as they wont amend till the arrears is agreed, but equally they wont help resolev this, now they have said as its with complaints I have to wait 15 working days for them to respond !!!! AAAARRRGGGGHHHH

Go and see your MP as quickly as you can and ask them to write to the CSA - a complaint from an MP has a much higher priority than one raised by you and can work wonders,

Do I have to go and see the MP or can I write to them?
Also how do I find out who my local MP is?

You should be able to find your MP online - try googling, alternatively I think the government website may tell you if type in your postcode.

You can write, however I would recommend going to see them (they should hold a regularly surgery in their constituency, so you won't have to go far to see them) - it puts you apart from the large mailbag that they sort through, and it means you see your MP, rather than it being dealt with by one of his staff..
