[Solved] CSA arrears

Hello.
I am hoping for some advice.
My old CSA case has now transferred over to the new CMS.
The old CSA. Are saying that I am £935 in arrears which I flatly dispute, I have always paid on time via my employer on my wage.
When I phoned up last week about this a helpful man in the complaints department told me he would send me a detailed statement for me to look over which covers the last 2 years.
The letter came on Saturday and it shows a closing balance of £585 in credit!!!!
I have just come off the phone to the CSA and a different person said I should never have been sent that letter and my account has been managed offline has there computer resources aren’t adequate enough!!!
I still owe £935!!!! Although no one knows why and there is nothing in writing to say this.
I have a detailed 2 year statement saying I’m in credit by £585.
Any advice please??

Hi There,

I would keep challenging it, it seems odd that there is a statement that says you are in credit but they say you are in arrears.

If you can't get any answers try contacting your local MP and see if they can help

At the very least, ask them to send you a statement again of how the arrears are arrived at, simply saying that you shouldn't have received that statement is not enough.
