Hi my name is Mark I have been paying my child support through a DEO since 2001 now kids are 18 my csa has stopped but they are trying to say I didn't pay 2006,2007,2008 csa when I have piad with DEO.They say I owe 10.000 POUNDS in arrears they never contacted me tell that those years weren't paid. I haven't got my wage slips and my company only hold five years what can I do HELP
I would contact your MP as soon as possible. It would also be worth asking your bank for copies of your statement for those years if they are able to provide them and also ask inland revenue if they are able to provide your income figures for those years - it's possible you might be able to show that the money paid into your account as salary is less than the amount your were taxed on - the difference would certainly be your DEO, and might provide evidence.
I'd also contact the ombudsman - take a look at this https://www.gov.uk/child-maintenance/complaints-and-appeals
