i'am disabled due to a industrial accident,my eldest daughter lives with me,my youngest with her mum who is in full time employment,yet the CSA are still persuing me for money,totally confused,please help!

Welcome to DAD, I have moved your post to it's own thread and popped it on the maintenance board. I think you'll get more useful replies here.
Can I ask you a couple of questions, just to clarify your situation?
Do your two daughters have the same mother ? You recieve the Child Benefit for your oldest daughter? How many evenings does your youngest stay with you? Does your eldest spend time with her mother ?
