Hi All
I was wondering if you can help.
I have read the leaflet how CSA work out your payments but there is nothing to say about overtime.
What I am trying to find out, is I get a basic pay, then shift allowance as im at the airport.
Then from that out comes NI, pension, TAX an union fees leaving my net figure.
However if I do overtime, how and will that be taken into account by CSA.
I was told that if it wasn't gauranteed overtime they would have to disregard it.
Can anyone confirm
Thanks
Hi actd
Did you get any where with this as I have recently been sent a new decision.
Bascially at the beggining of the year I was given a Refund for something of £778.90 and now i have an new assesment where am in arears again in the tune of £710 so i have no idea whats going on.
Please if you have any idea what I have done wrong to the CSA i would love to know.
Yes any update would be great.
They seem to be a law unto themselves.
Whats the regulations on when they can re-review the amount that is being paid? aswell
Hi Bobbya,
My name's William, the Child Maintenance Options (CMO) consultant.
Thank you for your question. I’m sorry but we can't look into individual cases here. If you would like to contact the CSA then I am sure they will be happy to look into your case. You can find contact details on any letter the CSA have sent to you. Or, you can find the right number here: https://www2.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/contact/index.asp.
You can request a review at any time, especially if your circumstances were to change. As actd mentioned the CSA usually ask for pay slips and take an average of your regular income. As I've mentioned the CSA will clarify this for you.
I hope you get this issue sorted.
Thanks for the post.
William
