Hi
I am writing this on behalf of my husband! We have just received a letter from the CSA asking for payslips etc which we have photocopied and ready to put in the post! I am currently out of work and my husband can only get agency work so is not continually earning. I have said to my husband that we need to list all our outgoings as obviously he is the only breadwinner!! However, on the CSA form there is no where on there to list the outgoings.
Does this mean that they do not take mortgage etc into account? I had to give up work through ill health and the fact that I could now lose my home certainly isn't improving my health!!!
PS we did ask the ex for a private maintenance payment schedule but she flatly refused this!!!
