Hi I'm at my wits end...I have an injunction against my ex wife and have been divorced for several years ...my son lives with her and I paid 33 pound every week into her bank..on the statement it said cash from Paul hind ....she has told csa that she lent me 3000 pound which is a total lie and it wasn't for csa ...I provided my statements to csa and told them I have an injunction against her and how she has rangot were I work saying I'm a [censored] offender she is truly breaking me ...csa said because I didn't put csa on the statement that I have to pay it all again ...287 pound a month ...I'm close to losing my home and csa won't budge ..Please can anybody help or advise me what to do
Hi there
As you have an injunction out against her I would report her to the police for contacting your workplace, it's harassment.
Unfortunately, unless you referenced your bank payments as child maintenance then the CSA won't accept that that's what they were for.You can try appealing their decision...I'm sorry I cant advise you further on this, good luck.
Hi Paul,
I am really sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the CSA.
Can I just confirm what you have said.
You have evidence that you have paid a sum of money to you ex equal to the maintenance amount you were told to pay by the CSA ? Is this correct?
Gooner.
