I have a 15year old daughter who lives with her Mother. She has had a baby aged 3 months by an 18year old. She receives income support, tax credits and child benefit. Do i still need to pay money to the csa for her upkeep or is it now down to the babys Father
Many Thanks

Hi There,

You will be liable to pay child support until your daughter is of a school leaving age, the father of her baby will pay child support for his child but that will be for the up-bringing of his own child not your daughters up-bringing.
