the trouble is they are doing it again this time they are saying i owe 3 grand which is no way true i got a letter from them in dec 2012 saying thay are doing a reassesment on me as they said that i have overpaid 650 pound so they did this and im january of this year i recieved a new payment schedule and so i changed my standing order to suit this i have never missed a payment now the guy is saying since may the erreas have been taken from so one month ago surley they cant be serious?

i only pay for one child who finnishes education in july no further education and her 17th birthday is in december so really that should be the end of the case but they are trying it on again is there anything that i can do to stop this happening?.... any advice welcome please

Hi there 🙂

Go and see your MP. Call and make an appointment, all MPs run a surgery where their consistuents can ask for their help. Take all the paperwork you have and you will be listened to...This has helped others in a similar situation to you where all else has failed...

Best of luck 🙂

I agree with NJ. I'd also try and get something in writing as to exactly how they have calculated these arrears.

Unfortunately the CSA seem to be so very difficult to fight and I agree with NJ and ACT, go and see your MP....keep copies of absolutely everything too!
