[Solved] CSA

I was wondering if anyone had been in a similar situation. I was in arrears with child maintenance and my ex wife and myself came to an agreement which she informed the csa about, which they then closed the case. She has recently wrote to me and said she wants a lump sum of 2000 pounds which is more than she first agreed. I contacted the CSA to ask where I stood on this and they have basically informed me she can reopen it when ever she feels like it! My children by the way are 21 and 25 this is how long this has been going on and to say that the CSA drove me to the edge of insanity is putting it mildly.
Surely this agreement we made via the CSA should be the final decision can I take legal advice on this otherwise she wil hold this over me forever??

I would speak to your MP as soon as possible as he can raise the matter with the CSA with a higher priority - a lot of dads on here have had a fair bit of success with the CSA once their MPs have become involved.
