My ex wife has always constantly changed access. I usually have 3 night a week plus but due to a disagreement she has stopped access, then says i can have a night or 2 nights here and there. this has been the last two weeks. Its always changing. How do i go about informing csa as this is now going to court to be sorted. I dont want to not be paying what i should but then when it changes one week to the next then what do i do?

Hi you can try to tell them that the situation is fluctuating and see what they can do, if it's your words against each other then they usually go with what the mother is saying - unfair I know.

If you're going to court, once an order is made tbey can finalise the calculation based on that.
