Has anyone ever claimed this and if so, whats the likely cost you got

Basically, I have been trying to get DEO removed since Oct 2012 and payments updated to reflect I now have another child to look after.
CSA has taken till now to resolve, saying there were arrears on the account
TUrns out NO ARREARS, was their error
and has taken 3 complaints, to the resolution team, review team and the chief executive and the local MP into getting this resolved.
I have made numberous phone calls to them chasing this, what would be deemed as a suitable compensation payment from them
THanks

I'm not sure you'll succeed, but worth a go. I'd do it through your MP - they have to act on MP's complaints.

Thanks, I have already got them to admit on the phone the fault was theirs, so was maladministration and they have agreed to a consolatory payment,, but only at their starting offer. I know it goes £25-£500, and generally ICE end up demanding CSS pay more than they initially offer people, but just wondered if anyone had any success.

Any help much appreciated.
