[Solved] Company Dividends

I made an agreement based on the online maintenance calculator with my very bitter soon to be ex wife, a short time after she decided that she was not happy and reported me to the Child Maintenance service. This resulted in her payments being cut by two thirds as I am now working for my own business as a contractor. I want to pay for my daughters and am finding ways to help them individually. My question is that my company will have some money in it at the end of the year that i intend to pay out as a dividend, as this will not go on my P60 will I need to inform the child maintenance people about it?

Hi There,
.
As this is a payment from your own company to yourself yes you need to inform them of it as it will need to be taken into account.
