[Solved] Communication from CMS/CSA

Hi all

I've regularly paid maintenance via the CSA, though I was contacted by the new CMS back around October time, letting me know of the new service and what the next steps are in terms of setting out a new family arrangement/applying to the new service etc. I contacted their advice line and spoke on the phone to someone who said that I'd receive another letter in February, and then a final one in March (as my existing CSA payments end at the end of this month) regarding the new service.

However, as yet I've had nothing further from the CMS, though I have had another letter detailing another schedule of 12 months of payments from the CSA (like I get every year). Am I correct in thinking the CSA letter is just an admin error, or is it feasible that my moving on to the new system has been delayed?

Unfortunately I've had no contact with my ex for a long time and am unable to check what she's received. I've been in the process of tracking down her location in a bid to make contact again, which is emotionally draining in itself.

Thanks for any help.

The phone number for cmoptions.com is 0800 988 0988. Best to give them a call and ask.

You will likely need your CSA reference number.
