DYLEXIC USER

hi bill,

Nice to meet you.

I can contact her mother, but we do not have a good relationship and try not to contact her unless it is very necassary, I have contact her recently and informed her of reduction of child support payment..No reply yet.

The benifits office will not give information about child benefits as I am not claiment, this make hard to find out information about what my ex is recieving.

The last time my daughter visited us was in October 2019, but only visit us twice in whole 2019 cancelling all other visit, but to honest they were stopped 2018. I took awhile to get use to that because for 12 years have reguarly month and school hoildays time as well.

Think I understand the current law and I not sure if still required to pay maintance but think I do as a private pension is considered to be income and want support my child as much as can when I am in position to do that.

I do not come undre CMS as I private agreement with my ex, they never been involved and should not be involved.

Well that is for now but can tell you that my penision is less then £375 per month and my understand is that its only my income that taken into account.

take care and thankyou

hi,

be careful, you think CMS do not need to get involved. but if your wife wants to get them involved, she can call them to make a claim, and they will open a claim.

Think thats unlikely as would not recieve as much money, acoording to goverment calcultor I should pay £31.01 per month as she getting more than that now and she is earning around £50,000 per year. i have been inform that my pension may stop in 2020 due Thomas Cook going bust, so she may get nothiing. Think it very unlikely that she go to the CMS..But if she does might help me and not her.
