I am after some advice please

I have a Child arrangements order in place (finalised last year at court) which I forwarded to the CMS as my ex said that I have my child no overnights in order to receive the maximum monthly CMS.

Over the year, including school holidays it stipulates I have my child 3 days a week overnight out of 7.

Today I have received a letter from CMS stating that the information from my ex is different from mine and can I send more info.

They did not stipulate what she has sent (more lies I would imagine) but I do not understand what info she could give that would override a sealed court order?

Any help/response would be much appreciated

Hi,

I think you should send court order again and tell them the overnight stays are happening just like order states. Can upload the order in the self service portal.
