Hi, I'm new on the site and really glad I've found it!
I've been going through a reasonably amicable divorce for the past 18 months and we are nearly there.. however, my (soon to be) ex wife keeps insisting that the CMS calculator does not apply as my salary is above the limit.
I can't find ANY information on this - does anyone know if this is true?

There is an upper limit that CMS will calculate to, £3K per week or £156K per year. So if you earn over that, she could be referring to this. CMS state that resident parent has to go to court if they want increased maintenance calculated above this level.

The general levels are within https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/how-child-maintenance-calculated-under-2012-scheme. Hope it helps.
