Hi there.

Quick question if I may

Last year gross salary £60000
This year will be £44000

Will for CMS payments they look at last year not this? (I am in a different job so the salary does not swing now)

I cant find the answer to this on the GOV website

If there is a difference of 25% I think you can ask for a review.. there's a sticky at the top of the child maintenance section called "How does the CSA calculate payments" the second link in the thread will take you to the guidelines for the most current maintenance scheme. (CMS) and you may find the information there.

Best of luck
