@dad_info anyone got any experience with how to deal with CMS as the new CMS order has just left with me £25 per month as there are still debts being paid from the marriage which ended. Really don't want to go into more debt. Any ideas?

I suffer from MS and would be lying to say that suicide hasn't crossef my mind, it's that bad.

Hi,

Am very sorry to hear this. Are you paying arrears? They should be flexible and atleast spread it out over 2 years.

Would recommend you join this group, support for paying parents: https://www.facebook.com/groups/239699060076601/?ref=share

It sounds as though you need some emotional support.  Speak to your doctor and explain how you are feeling.  You could be offered counselling or other support.  Please don't take your life but try to speak to the doctor urgently.  If you feel you have been treated unfairly by the CMS, you can make a complaint.  Google child maintenance service complaints and you will be taken to the correct page on the .gov.uk website.
