[Solved] CMS Payments STILL being deducted from Income supp

I have just discovered that the CMS are still instructing the department for works and pensions to deduct mainenance payments for my daughter. This despite the fact that she is now 22 and my ex has never recieved a penny of it any way. Trying to contact the CMS is proving to be almost impossible. My ex and I have always remained on the best of terms, in fact the only stress being caused byt the CMS.

Any pointers as to how I can actually speak to sombody within the CMS would be extremely welcome.

I'd speak to your MP, and possible look at raising a complaint. I assume there weren't arrears.
