So Randomly my daughter had just decided to re-enrol at college ( doing a totally different course from last year).  She decided to do a UAL extended diploma level 3, 2 year course. Am I right in assuming this qualifies as further education and i am to pay until it finishes?

Hi,

Child maintenance continues until child finishes/leaves full-time education. A way to check would be to contact CMS. If they see that child benefit case is still active, then you would be expected to carry on paying. Age 20 is final cut off, where child benefit/maintenance closes.
