I have 2 kids living with me in my current relationship.
I have 3 kids from an ex wife.
I have 1 kid with a woman I briefly had a relationship in London - gold digger.
The issue is that the CSA is not including the 2 kids living with me in their calculation for maintenance. Apparently, they cannot verify the children live with me.
I was advised to get them onto the DWP database by registering for child benefit which is how CSA verifies they live at the same address as me.
We do not quality for child benefit because my partner earns too much on a staff salary.
What do I do next? Its looking very much like I'm going to have to take them to court.
You can register for child benefit, but then opt out - would that resolve the issue?

Thanks for the advice.
I have now registered the children on my HMRC gateway account and then opted out of the benefit.
Apparently it could take up to 14 days for anything to appear on the DWP database.
How do I hold the CSA off in the interim?
They are asking for around £500 when it should be more like £200 per month.
@peterbobw in the meantime you should pay, otherwise they will stress you out. if they take enforcement action, means raiding your bank account or taking you to court. did you tell CMS that you registered for child benefit now? ask can they put the case on hold until the child benefit letters come through.
@bill337 the child on the CSA case has not been proven to be mine. I've asked for a DNA test to confirm before escalating via a lawyer.
@peterbobw you are still liable for child maintenance until the results of the DNA test come through or the mother refuses to allow the DNA test.
