After constant issues, errors, miss and conflicting information I have approached the BBC to see if they can highlight the failings of the CMS.
I have constantly wrong calculations due to wrong salary and pension amounts, arrears applied to my account for no reason and without any explanation the most recent of which I queried in Mar 24 and am still waiting for an answer.
I have had issues since Nov 2018, this has impacted my mental health and anxiety. I have also highlighted that the CMS have discriminated against me due to the complex letters, wording and amounts as I have disclosed to the CMS on numerous occasions I am dyslexic and have ADHD and it is hard to understand the letters which the CMS have done nothing about.
I have made complaints every year regarding the situation and have had several ICE investigations go my way due to the incompetence of the CMS.
The key point here is would anyone one else be willing to talk to the BBC regarding the CMS and the disgraceful service and failings of the institution???
