Has anyone pursued a harassment claim against the receiving parent who can't stop clicking on links on the CMS portal?
I've been bullied with 4 new claims in the last 5 weeks (change in circumstances, change in service type, missed payments), all of which are unfounded. Does anyone know how that can be stopped?
hi, this is what someone did in a similar situation:
I phoned 101 after advice to seek there guidance and they sent an officer round to mine yesterday to find out whats been going on. My ex has made false claims that I havent been paying my maintenance for the whole year of 2021. The police gave her a phone call and went round to see her and gave her a talking too. Not much else will be done now unless she keeps lying to the cms about me. Maybe try this . Hope this helps
Just spoke to police and they said it's a civil matter and not a police matter. How did you get them to send a police officer around and for them to give her a phone call?
@londondad22 hi, it was not me, but someone else.
You could put in a complaint to one of their senior managers and copy in your MP: arlene.sugden@dwp.gov.uk
