Quick query.
We have our payments agreed, by the CMS. However outside of these, I have continues to pay for Stagecoach & Lamda classes.
Both of these classes are on the weekends, and we currently split the weekends (so we have every other).
These classes are not cheap Stagecoach @ £360.00, Lamda @ £187 per term (total £547.00)
Currently I pay 100% of these costs, however 50% of the activity is in my ex's time with my daughter
So in my mind, a fair approach would be for us both to contribute 50% of the fees - however my ex refuses to contribute a penny, and states how upset my daughter would be if she couldn't go etc...
So my question is, can these additional costs be taken into account when calculating my CMS payments?
thanks
hi,
it is unlikely they will take these expenses into account, as they are deemed voluntary/extra curricular activities.
these are only special expense costs they take into account:
