[Solved] CMS COMPLAINTS

Hi
I'm not really sure how to use this website, but I have a problem I was hoping someone could help me with?

My brothers wife disappeared with the kids three years ago. She was found fairly quickly (had another fella/house etc) and the usual arguments over money ensued. Both kids are now legally back with him via various court orders, but he has yet to sort out payments from her via CMS. They are LITERALLY, the biggest bunch of clowns I have ever encountered. He provides them, repeatedly, with any information they require, whereas she has to be tracked down each time and then gives false information which fells the whole process. He's been left with all the joint bills (credit cards/loans etc) to pay and she has swanned into a succession of highly paid jobs (circa 80k), with a partner on similar money, but is telling CMS that she has been unemployed/sick etc. He, basically, is going under and CMS just dont seem to care. A parade of chimps give him the standard "We will call you back", but dont. Cut to the chase...

My question is: "Who is the most senior person I can contact at CMS to make a formal complaint about their professional negligence?"

If it was an abandoned wife seeking financial sustenance from a cheating husband it would be a different story, but I cannot let their shoddy business model cause what could be irreparable to my family any longer.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated and I stand by every word of what was written above.

Hi there

This link may help, it's always a good idea to ask to speak to their senior manager, also to state that you wish to make an official complaint about the service you have received.
