Hello can anyone help?.ive received a letter from the cms saying I have arrears of £8564,i have some receipts but not all,what I do have is the 3 children (16,24.25) who I paid csa for who would stand up in court and say ive always paid as they collected the money and even paid early ,what are my chances of this being successful as my ex isn't the most helpful !! .
