CMS - Appeal success on calculation of income.

Whilst I have little knowledge of the inner machinations of the CMS, we have plenty of users that come here for advice, where they disagree with how the amount of child maintenance is calculated.

This case is about the CMS using historic income information from HMRC when they had more current information to hand. I didn’t realise that they could use historic income up to 6 years previously.
